On February 10th and 17th, KSCS (former KWA), in collaboration with PIM Savvy, Inc., successfully hosted a FREE Tax Preparation and FREE Washington State Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC) Application Assistance event at the KSCS office. The event ran from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on both days and was well-received by the community.
Participants had the opportunity to access in-person assistance for tax preparation and WFTC applications at no cost. The event aimed to provide valuable support to families and individuals navigating the tax process and ensuring they benefit from available credits.
Community members expressed gratitude for the initiative, highlighting its importance in fostering financial awareness and relieving the burden of tax preparation costs.
KSCS remains committed to offering such impactful programs to support the Afghan community and beyond in Washington State.
